Product Introduction
At this exhibition, Tonhe is debuting its TH48 Series 48V Telecom Power Module — a new-generation high-frequency switching rectifier module purpose-built for communication systems. It delivers stable, reliable −48V DC power to telecom base stations, switching centers, access networks, data centers, and a wide range of communication equipment.

The module employs the world-leading "resonant voltage-mode dual-loop controlled power conversion technology" with full digital control. It is available in both naturally cooled (self-cooled) and fan-cooled versions, with output ratings covering 48V/30A, 50A, 75A, and more, and single-module power from 1,440W up to the 12kW class. Multiple modules can be paralleled to build a 48V/600A embedded rectifier power system (e.g., 8×75A configuration) supporting dual 220V AC/DC inputs, with system efficiency up to 96% or higher.

The module is equipped with a standard RS-485 communication interface, with SNMP/network port expansion and battery management support. It provides "four-remote" capabilities (remote measurement, remote signaling, remote control, and remote adjustment), enabling seamless integration with a wide range of automation and environment monitoring systems.

FAQ
Q1: Can this 48V telecom power module be integrated into our existing network management/monitoring system?
Yes. The module comes with a standard RS-485 communication interface and supports SNMP/network port expansion, with "four-remote" capabilities (remote measurement, remote signaling, remote control, and remote adjustment). It can be seamlessly integrated with mainstream environment monitoring and automation systems for remote centralized monitoring and unattended operation.

Q2: What are the cooling options? Can the module operate in harsh environments?
The product is available in two cooling forms: naturally cooled (self-cooled) modules are fanless and maintenance-free, ideal for dusty indoor environments or where noise is a concern; fan-cooled modules offer superior heat dissipation and support online hot-swapping. The modules support a wide input voltage range and stable operation across a wide temperature range, making them suitable for harsh environments such as the high temperatures found in the Middle East.

Q3: How is redundancy backup and future capacity expansion handled?
The modules support N+1 redundancy paralleling with autonomous current sharing — if any module fails, the system automatically rebalances the load to ensure uninterrupted power. For capacity expansion, new modules can simply be plugged in online without power interruption. With single-module power from 1,440W up to the 12kW class, systems can be flexibly built up to 48V/600A or larger, scaling smoothly as business grows.
