The company’s production center was designed and built in accordance with advanced international standards. It is equipped with fully automated SMT assembly lines, fully automated solder paste printers and inspection systems, through-hole wave soldering lines, automated triple-protection coating lines, and large-scale aging chambers. With state-of-the-art process equipment and comprehensive facilities, the center has achieved fully automated and standardized operations across the entire production process, from surface mount assembly to finished product aging. The production center covers a total area of 25,000 square meters, with a production floor space of 60,000 square meters. It employs over 500 experienced production staff and has an annual production capacity of 1 million standard units (sets), enabling rapid response to large-scale order demands. Additionally, the production system strictly adheres to the certification requirements of the IATF 16949 automotive quality management system and the ISO 9001 quality management system.
