The TONHE TH110D20NZ-220AC is a high-performance, natural convection-cooled power module designed specifically for 110VDC electrical applications. Delivering a continuous output of 20A, this module provides the necessary power density to support critical control circuits, protection relays, and breaker operations in substations and power plants.
Unlike traditional forced-air cooled modules, the TH110D20NZ-220AC operates completely silently. The fanless design eliminates common failure points associated with mechanical fans, making it ideal for indoor substations or control rooms where noise reduction is a priority, while preventing intake of corrosive gases or dust.
Safety is paramount in power distribution. This module features advanced "Foldback" short-circuit protection that automatically limits current to below 15% of rated output during faults, minimizing heat generation. The module automatically recovers once the fault is cleared, ensuring maximum system uptime.
Utilizing resonant voltage-mode control technology, this module achieves high efficiency and low ripple. It maintains precise output voltage within a wide range (95V-150VDC), allowing customization for specific battery configurations and load requirements. With operating efficiency ≥93%, it minimizes energy loss and reduces thermal load.
