Protection Features
  • Automatic Current Limiting: Once the output current reaches the set current limit, the module automatically switches to constant current operation, preventing any further increase in output current.
  • Overvoltage Protection: If the output voltage exceeds 60-63 VDC, the module automatically stops output to prevent damage to connected equipment.
  • Phase Loss Protection: When any AC mains phase is missing, the module reduces the maximum output current limit to 25 A ±0.5 A and triggers an "Input Abnormal" alarm. Once the input returns to normal, the module restores the normal current limit.
  • Short-Circuit Protection: During an output short-circuit, the module self-protects to prevent damage. After the fault is cleared, normal operation is automatically restored.
