The TH230D20ZZ-3G is an industrial-grade intelligent high-frequency switching power supply module designed for global power systems and industrial applications. As a high-power natural cooling model in the -3G series, it employs resonant voltage-type dual-loop control to deliver a rated output of 230VDC/20A (6KW) with robust and stable performance.

With ≥93% efficiency, ≥0.93 power factor, 304~456VAC input range, and 176~300VDC adjustable output, this module features ±0.5% voltage regulation, ±1% current regulation, and ≤1% ripple coefficient. It provides high-purity stable DC power for high-power electrical equipment and industrial loads, meeting Class Ⅰ load continuous operation requirements.

The module supports N+1 hot backup and parallel operation (current sharing imbalance ≤±3%), with a built-in RS485 interface compatible with Modbus/TonHe dual protocols. This enables "four-remote capabilities" for seamless integration into automation systems. Comprehensive protection features include overvoltage (320±16VDC), short-circuit, overtemperature (automatic shutdown at 95℃), and overcurrent protection, with automatic fault recovery that doesn't affect system operation.

Featuring LED digital display, keys, and DIP switches, the module supports independent/manual/automatic modes. The hot-swappable design facilitates efficient maintenance and intuitive parameter configuration. The natural cooling design (weight ≤16kg) ensures easy installation with proper surrounding ventilation.

Operating stably in environments of -10℃~+40℃, ≤90% humidity at 25℃, and altitude ≤2000m, the module resists conductive dust and corrosive gases. It's widely used in substations, power plants, industrial power distribution systems, and new energy storage stations, providing a highly reliable, easy-to-integrate high-power DC power solution.
