The core function of the Emergency Lighting Panel is to automatically switch to a backup DC power source (such as a 220V DC system from a substation or distribution room) upon loss of normal AC power. Through its built-in inverter, the system converts this DC power into 220V AC, supplying stable electricity to emergency lighting fixtures.

Adopts Online Double-Conversion technology: where the inverter is always active and powering the load. When mains power fails or becomes abnormal, the battery pack immediately continues to supply power through the inverter with an absolute 0-millisecond transfer time, ensuring continuous voltage waveform at the load end without interruption.
Pure Inverter Power Supply
Regardless of mains power presence, the equipment end is always supplied with pure, stable sinusoidal AC power by the inverter, completely isolating grid disturbances such as surges, harmonics, and frequency drifts, thereby protecting precision lighting equipment (e.g., LED drivers, gas discharge lamp ballasts).
Intelligent AC/DC Management
The system automatically monitors mains status. When mains is normal, it rectifies, charges, and outputs via inversion; when mains fails, it seamlessly switches to battery inverter output; when mains restores, it automatically switches back and float-charges the battery, all without manual intervention.

The product is manufactured from high-quality cold-rolled steel plate with electrostatic powder coating treatment, featuring excellent corrosion resistance and wear resistance. Standard cabinet dimensions can be customized according to customer requirements, with common specifications including: 800mm(W)×600mm(D)×2000mm(H), 1000mm×800mm×2200mm and other size options. Both front and rear doors are equipped with safety locks, with reasonable internal space layout for easy equipment installation and maintenance.
