The core function of the Communication Power Supply Panel is to convert 380V/220V AC power into stable 220V DC power through high-frequency rectifier modules during normal AC power supply, providing continuous power to communication equipment while simultaneously managing battery float charging; when mains power fails or grid abnormalities occur, the system automatically and seamlessly switches to battery backup power, with the battery bank directly outputting DC power to communication loads, ensuring that critical communication facilities such as base stations, network rooms, enterprise private networks, rail transit signaling systems, and new energy communication sites, can continue operating when the main power source fails, guaranteeing 7*24 hours uninterrupted and stable operation of communication networks.
Tonhe Electronics Communication Power Supply Panel utilizes advanced high-frequency switching power technology, integrating intelligent rectifier modules, DC distribution units, monitoring & control systems, and battery management devices, with automatic dual-grid input switching capability. The system is equipped with comprehensive electrical protection functions, including over-voltage, under-voltage, over-current, short-circuit, over-temperature protection, and lightning surge suppression, effectively eliminating power pollution issues such as grid harmonic interference, voltage fluctuations, and electromagnetic interference.
The panel is equipped with an intelligent battery management unit (BMU) compatible with VRLA (Valve-Regulated Lead-Acid), Gel, and Lithium-Ion battery types.
