- AC Input: The system connects to dual AC power sources (typically AC 380V/220V). After processing by lightning protection and filtering units, the power enters the rectifier modules.
- Rectification & Charging: High-frequency rectifier modules convert AC into pure DC (e.g., DC 220V/110V/48V). One output directly supplies the load (control bus), while another charges the battery bank via an intelligent battery management unit, maintaining the batteries in a float or equalize charge state.
- Seamless Switching: When mains power is normal, rectifier modules supply power and charge the batteries. Upon mains failure, the system automatically and uninterruptedly switches to battery power, ensuring stable voltage at the load end and achieving "zero-second" switching.
- Intelligent Monitoring: A built-in monitoring host real-time tracks voltage, current, insulation status, and battery health, uploading data to the backend management system via RS-485 interfaces.
