System efficiency up to ≥96%, matching high-performance rectifier modules TH48D30NZ-S-3/TH48D50NZ-S-3, effectively reducing power consumption and operation costs for long-term running communication equipment.
Equipped with dedicated THJK020-48V monitoring unit with LCD display and key operation. Real-time monitoring of bus voltage/current, battery status and module working parameters. Supports automatic equalization/floating charge management with temperature compensation, current limiting and other battery protection functions. Optional battery inspection module realizes real-time detection of 2V/12V battery cell voltage.
Supports RS232/485, SNMP communication protocols, compatible with Modbus protocol. Dual background communication enables remote tele-measurement, tele-signaling and tele-control. 16 switch input and 16 switch output interfaces provide flexible linkage with peripheral equipment, fault alarm and signal output.
Full-range fault alarm (over-voltage/under-voltage, over-current, over-temperature, module fault, etc.) with Chinese character display of alarm information for clear fault location. Stores 4096 historical faults and 2048 operation records (power-off non-volatile). Built-in buzzer and red light flash alarm with customizable alarm thresholds for all-round system operation safety.
4U rack-mounted embedded design, size only 482*400*177mm, suitable for 19/21 inch cabinet installation, saving space for limited equipment room in edge communication nodes. Simple wiring and humanized operation interface requires no professional technical personnel for on-site debugging and operation.
