Safety is the top priority in power conversion. The TH24T50ZZ features multiple layers of protection to safeguard both the module and your connected devices:
- Output Over-Voltage Protection (OVP): Features an internal OVP circuit. If triggered, the module locks automatically to prevent damage to downstream equipment.
- Short-Circuit Protection: Uses a Retractable Droop (Foldback) Current Limiting method. The module can remain in a short-circuit state indefinitely without damage and will automatically recover once the fault is cleared.
- Over-Temperature Protection: Automatically shuts down if the heatsink temperature exceeds 90℃ and restarts automatically when the temperature drops.
- Phase Loss Protection: If any input phase is lost, the module reduces its maximum current limit to 25A and triggers an input anomaly alarm.
