Product Introduction
The 48D20NZ-110-K1301 Telecom Power Supply System is a wall-mounted telecom DC power system launched by Shijiazhuang Tonhe Electronics Technology Co., Ltd.(Tonhe) . Built around the TH48D20NZ-110 telecom power module, the system draws input from the station's DC110V DC bus (99~143V) and, through high-frequency switching conversion, delivers stable DC power of 40~58V (adjustable) at a rated 20A, providing uninterrupted power to program-controlled switches, optical transmission equipment (SDH/OTN), telecom management units, RTUs and other telecom and automation devices.
The complete unit is wall-mounted and takes up no floor space, suiting small DC systems rated below 100Ah. It can be flexibly combined with AC charging modules, battery inspection units, branch insulation detection units and other modules, and is widely used as telecom power support in power utilities, rail transit, industrial and mining enterprises—for both new projects and upgrades of in-service sites.
Tonhe has been deeply engaged in the power electronics industry for more than two decades. As a Shenzhen Stock Exchange listed company (stock code 300491), it exports products to more than 30 countries, delivering reliable DC power solutions to customers worldwide.

Product Advantages
Wide input, strong grid adaptability: Rated DC110V input with -10% ~ +30% tolerance (99~143V); can be connected directly to the station DC bus and copes with voltage fluctuations.
High efficiency, low loss: High-frequency switching conversion with efficiency ≥ 91%, reducing long-term power consumption and equipment-room heat; supports green telecom network construction.
High output quality: Voltage regulation accuracy ≤ ±0.6% and ripple ≤ 200mV provide clean DC power to sensitive telecom equipment such as switches and optical transmission gear.
Intelligent monitoring for unattended operation: RS485 as standard with MODBUS / TH protocols; together with the monitoring host, supports the four tele-functions (telemetry, tele-signaling, tele-control, tele-adjustment) for remote status awareness.
Compact structure, wall-mounted installation: The complete unit is wall-mounted and floor-space-free; the module is naturally cooled and runs quietly, fitting confined spaces such as equipment rooms, power distribution rooms and ring-main units.
Mature platform, high reliability: Supports multi-module parallel operation and N+1 redundancy with parallel current imbalance ≤ ±3%; comprehensive protection (over-voltage, under-voltage, over-current, short-circuit, over-temperature) ensures continuous power to telecom equipment.

System Architecture
The system draws power from the station DC bus, converts it to 48V DC through the module, and supplies telecom equipment, batteries and the monitoring unit.

FAQ
Q: What is the input voltage range? Can it be connected directly to a substation 110V DC bus?
A: The rated input is DC110V with -10% ~ +30% tolerance (i.e., 99~143V). The product is designed for drawing power from a station 110V DC bus and can be connected directly in parallel. The input stage features over-voltage and under-voltage protection: it protects automatically on abnormal bus voltage and resumes automatically when voltage recovers.
Q: What is the output voltage? Is it adjustable?
A: Rated output is DC48V / 20A. The output voltage is adjustable within 40~58V (float/boost charge voltages can be set per battery and load requirements). Voltage regulation accuracy ≤ ±0.6% and ripple ≤ 200mV meet the power quality requirements of telecom equipment.
Q: Can the system be paralleled for expansion or configured with N+1 redundancy?
A: Yes. Multiple modules can run in parallel with current imbalance ≤ ±3% for flexible capacity expansion as load grows; N+1 redundancy can also be configured so that if one module fails, the remaining modules automatically share the load without interrupting telecom power. Specific parallel quantity and system capacity are subject to the order technical configuration.
Q: How is monitoring and maintenance done? Does it support remote communication?
A: The module comes standard with an RS485 communication interface with MODBUS and TH protocols. With the system monitoring host (e.g., THJK006G series), it can collect voltage, current, module status, alarms and other parameters, and supports the four tele-functions (telemetry, tele-signaling, tele-control, tele-adjustment) for centralized remote monitoring of unattended sites.
Q: What certifications does it have? How are export delivery and warranty arranged?
A: Tonhe is a Shenzhen Stock Exchange listed company (300491) whose products are exported to 30+ countries. The company's charging module series has obtained CE Class B, cTUVus and other overseas certifications; the certification status of this model is subject to the factory datasheet and order confirmation. Products are packed per export standards (carton + cushioning liner) and support sea/air freight; delivery time, MOQ and warranty terms can be agreed per order, with technical support and after-sales service available.
